A.S.B. Construction ( Alan the builder ) is an Isaan / Surin based family run company building houses all around Thailand for the past 8 years. We work as a team of 3 gangs, all with their own foreman, in all having a total of 70 years experience between them.
Our architect taught at Rajamangala university in Bangkok and has over 35 years of experience of designing all kinds of architecture. We have 2 fully qualified licensed engineers, and I personally have 23 years experience of building western style houses in both Europe and the USA.
We specialize in building from an idea, sketch or plan, to the fully finished house of your dreams. We supply a service so that even if our client is working overseas they can monitor the progress of the construction of there dream home, through regular updated photos sent via the internet. We pride ourselves on quality at a price you can afford, but we will meet all budgets if possible.
However due to the growth and demand of our company services, we are unable to carry out the smaller jobs anymore. We only build start to finish homes.
